- Downward Facing Dog:

Stand with feet together and place your hands together above your head. - Corpse Pose:
Lay on the ground on your back with your arms resting at your sides. - Cobra Pose:
While lying on your stomach, place your hands flat on the ground by your chest and press upwards, arching your back, and pressing your pelvis into the floor. DON'T DO IT TOO MUCH. - Standing Forward Bend:
From a standing position, reach your hands towards the ground, and grasp your legs. (folding yourself in half) - Awkward Chair Pose:
Your knees should be bent at a 45 degree angle, with your butt sticking out behind you, and your hands should be in the air above your head. - Upward Facing Dog:
While lying on your stomach, place your hands by your shoulders and press upwards to form a straight line from shoulder to wrist - Garland Pose:
A deep squat position where your knees point outwards, and your butt is beneath knee level. Your hands should be clasped in front of your body in a "praying" position.
